Privacy Policy – GEKON Attendance

GEKON Attendance is a work tool used by employees of a construction company to register their working time, location and safety status.

1. Data We Collect

• Camera photos: photos of completed work when an employee clocks OUT.
• Location data: current GPS location when an employee clocks IN or OUT.
• Basic device information: device ID, platform, time of request.
• Name of the employee and job site.

2. How We Use the Data

The data is used only for:

• Tracking attendance and time on site
• Documenting completed work
• Safety and compliance reporting for the employer

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is accessible only to the employer's administrators via protected Google services (Google Sheets / Google Drive / Apps Script).

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored in the employer's Google Workspace account. Access is restricted to authorized staff only. We use HTTPS for all network communication.

5. Children

The app is intended only for adult employees and is not directed at children.
